RollcrownTerms of use
These terms apply to the Rollcrown game and its online service, made by HugoDevKit ("we"). By playing you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
1. The game
You may install and play Rollcrown for your own, non-commercial use. The game, its art, music and code belong to us or our licensors; don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
2. Playing online
- Choose a player name that is not offensive, hateful, misleading or someone else's identity. We may rename or remove names that break this rule.
- No cheating: don't use modified clients, bots, exploits or attacks on the service. The server rolls every die.
- We may suspend online access for accounts that break these terms.
- Online games have turn timers; when you miss turns, the AI may play for you.
3. Ads and rewards
The game is free and shows ads. Levels, belts, characters, XP and daily rewards are in-game items with no money value: they can't be sold, transferred or exchanged, and can be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data.
4. Availability
We work to keep the game and online service running, but provide them "as is": they may change, have bugs or be unavailable at times, and we may end the online service with reasonable notice in the game.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the game about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of France, without removing the protection of the law of the country where you live.
